Elmar's in the Valley,
on West Swan Road in
Henley Brook, offer some of the finest German-style beers brewed
in Australia together with authentic German cuisine.

All Elmars beers are made
in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516 which
stipulates that beer may only be made from water, malt, hops and yeast. The
beers are unfiltered and still contain all B Complex vitamins and yeast.

Ironbark Brewery
is an Aussie outback
bar in a tin shed.
The brewery has been built in the disused shed of the old Valencia winery.
Corrugated iron dominates the decor and the place is run by "Aussie blokes" who know
how to enjoy a good beer without airs and graces.
Here you will have the opportunity
to sample the beers on tap, accompanied by damper & dips or wood fired pizza
(whatever they feel like making on the day!!)

Highway in Middle Swan, is Western Australia's leading boutique rum
distillery. The liquor is fermented using cane sugar grown in Western
Australia's Kimberley region and triple distilled
on the premises in a still
which was
custom designed and built
